Carmel Valley
Carmel Valley is a unique community inland and east of Carmel. It is know for lots of sunshine, vineyards, small acreage parcels and a more rural lifestyle. It is currently unincorporated but many local residents are working toward incorporating as a town.
Many homes are on small acreage parcels. It is also becoming an area of vineyards with several notable wineries located here.
